Body camera footage showed the moment Omaha police shot and killed a 31-year-old kidnapping suspect as she used a stolen butcher knife to cut a 3-year-old boy’s arm and face on Tuesday morning. The boy, Cyler, underwent surgery at a local hospital and is recovering at home. His parents said, “He’s a goofball. He’s a fighter. He wants to be tough… Wants to ride bulls.”
