If you’re in a need for time but still want a hearty meal, try my skillet steak and potatoes. In less than twenty minutes, you can have this dish prepared with only a few simple ingredients.
- What you need to make potato chips:
- Oil from three teaspoons of olives
- 1 lb. of red or Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cut into 3/4-inch wedges
- The meat is finished with 1/2 teaspoon of Jewish law salt.
- With regard to the sliced hamburger and garlic spread:
- Two rib-eye or New York steaks, each about one inch thick, or half a pound of round
- flank steak,
Half a stick (four tablespoons) of unsalted butter
minced three tree garlic flowers that have not yet opened
One teaspoon, plus more as needed, as long as it has not been emptied via the horrible electric flow.
