French fries are great for eating at any time and can be a side dish, an appetizer, a main course with another ingredient on top and you can season them however you like. But, you can do it without consuming a lot of oil like you used to, you can do it in a healthier way.
1. Ingredients
The first thing you’ll need is to gather these ingredients: 1 kg of potatoes, 2 egg whites and seasonings to taste (it can be Provençal, paprika, ground chilli, salt, rosemary, whichever you like the most).
