Boil banana and cinnamon together in the evening: this solves an annoying problem!
If possible, peel an organic banana, wash the skin thoroughly and place it in a pan of cold water. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes, then use tongs to remove the skin and insert the cinnamon stick. Let it sit for a few minutes then turn off the heat. Pour the resulting infusion into a nice hot tea and sip.
