For the sweet dough:
200g flour
100g unsalted butter
80g of icing sugar
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
For the vanilla cream:
300ml of whole liquid cream
250g mascarpone
1 vanilla pod
80g of icing sugar
For the caramelized pecans:
100g pecans
50g powdered sugar
1 tablespoon of water
