Banana Vanilla Pudding
Banana Vanilla Pudding Trifle ๐๐ฎ
For the Pudding:
โ 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
โ 4 cups cold milk
โ 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
For the Whipped Cream:
โ 2 cups heavy whipping cream
โ 1/4 cup powdered sugar
โ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix, cold milk, and vanilla extract until it thickens. Set aside in the refrigerator to firm up.
3. Assemble the Trifle:
โ Start by placing a layer of crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers at the bottom of a trifle dish.
โ Add a layer of vanilla pudding over the crushed wafers.
โ Add a layer of sliced bananas on top of the pudding.
โ Spread a layer of whipped cream on top of the bananas.
โ Repeat the layers (crushed wafers, pudding, bananas, whipped cream) until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.
5. Refrigerate the trifle for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
