An Effective and Environmentally Friendly Approach: Using Aluminum Foil
Every day, many homeowners use their ovens to prepare wonderful meals; but, cleaning them out afterward is no picnic. Grease and burned-on debris may accumulate in the oven, making cleaning it a chore you put off until it’s unbearable to cook in. Consider using aluminum foil as a cleaner first; it’s easy, it won’t harm the environment, and it will get the job done quickly. Two methods exist for doing this.
Initial Approach: The Foil Method for Aluminum:
Do not open the oven door for at least two hours.
Once the timer goes off, take off the aluminum foil, roll it into a ball, and use it to scrub out any leftover residue. Lastly, wipe off the inside of the oven with a sponge that is both wet and dry.
Alternative Approach: Method Using Dishwasher Tablets:
A dishwashing tablet, some hot water, and some protective gloves are all you’ll need.
To partly dissolve the tablet, put it in a dish, add the boiling water, and stir with a spoon.
Dip a sponge into the liquid while wearing protective gloves. Then, clean the inside, glass, and racks of the oven. Thoroughly wet the spots.
