Everything You Need to Bake 12 Donuts:
Regarding the Custard Cream:

I am making vanilla custard.
– Three egg yolks ^ – Fifty grams of cane sugar – Sixteen grams of cake flour – Two hundred fifty milliliters of milk – One-third of a vanilla bean

Regarding Chocolate Custard:

Ingredients needed: – three egg yolks – forty-five grams of granulated sugar – sixteen grams of cake flour – two hundred and fifty milliliters of milk – fifty grams of delicious chocolate

In regards to the Donuts:

You will need 350g of bread flour, 150g of cake flour, 70g of granulated sugar, 6g of salt, 6g of instant dry yeast, 2 eggs and enough milk to produce 285g of eggs, 45g of unsalted butter, and a few more ingredients.

Applying a Coat:

– Cocoa powder  – Granulated sugar
