List of ingredients:
For the Dessert:
1 egg
60 grams of sugar, which is equivalent to 6 tablespoons.
2 grams of salt, which is equivalent to half a teaspoon.
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
5 grams of baking powder, which is equivalent to 2/3 of a tablespoon.
For the topping:
10 grams of butter without salt
2 ready bananas
Directions:
1. Make the topping:
Add the raw sugar or regular sugar and mix until it starts to dissolve and create a light caramel. This will take around 5 minutes.
Cut the bananas into slices and place them in a single layer on top of the sugar that has been caramelized. Let them cook slowly for a few minutes until they become soft and slightly brown.
