Ingredients
Dumplings:
6 large Granny Smith green apples, peeled and cored
2 9- inch pie crusts
½ cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons butter
Sauce:
2 cups apple cider
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
