Chalk marks, stickers, or symbols are far more likely to be related to utility work, construction planning, or even harmless pranks rather than organized crime.
Similarly, seeing a particular type of vehicle or unfamiliar object in your area doesn’t automatically indicate danger. Neighborhoods are constantly changing, with deliveries, maintenance crews, and visitors coming and going.
