Instructions
- Prepare the ginger
Peel a small piece of ginger and grate it finely until you have about one teaspoon. The finer the texture, the gentler the mixture. - Combine with salt
Add the salt and mix until it forms a grainy paste.
(If it’s too dry, add a drop or two of water.) - Apply gently
Use your fingertip or a soft toothbrush to lightly spread the mixture over your teeth and gums. - Let it sit briefly
Leave it on for no more than 1–2 minutes. The goal is a refreshing feel—not a strong scrub. - Rinse thoroughly
Swish with water until all the mixture is removed.
