What I love most is how versatile it is. Want to add some grilled pineapple? Do it. Prefer it spicy? Toss in some chili flakes or a drizzle of sriracha. Serve it over rice, in lettuce cups, or straight from the pan — however you plate it, you’ll find yourself going back for seconds (and thirds).
