4 medium potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold work best)
2 medium onions, sliced thin
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Pat them dry and then pierce each one a few times with a fork.
