If you don’t have coffee grounds on hand, don’t worry! There are other natural remedies you can try:
- Peanut Oil: Clean and dry your pan thoroughly. Then, apply a thin layer of peanut oil and heat the pan on the stove for a minute. After it cools, wash the pan with a soft sponge. Repeat this process every six months to keep your pan looking new.
- Coconut Oil: Heat the pan on the stove for a few seconds, then apply a layer of coconut oil to the outside. Preheat your oven to 150°C, place the pan inside, and bake it for two hours. The heat will restore the pan’s non-stick surface and make it look brand new.
- Vinegar and Baking Soda: These kitchen staples are excellent for cleaning pans. Pour 250 ml of water into the pan, add two tablespoons of baking soda and 125 ml of white vinegar. Let the mixture fizz, then simmer it on low heat for 10 minutes. Remove the liquid and dry the pan thoroughly.
