40 grams butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried mint
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon tomato paste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 tea glass of water (about 50 ml)
For the Mashed Potatoes:
5 potatoes, peeled and boiled
1 tablespoon butter (30 grams)
1/2 tea glass of milk (50 ml)
1 teaspoon salt
