2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 beef bouillon cube (or 1 tsp bouillon granules)
½ cup hot water
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 large onion, sliced
2 bell peppers (red and green), sliced into strips
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (undrained)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp ground black pepper
