There are some little tricks to clean encrusted pans in a short time and with little effort, even with natural products.

Cleaning the bottom of burnt pans or encrusted or very dirty pans is an annoying task for most people.
Using unsuitable products or rough sponges is not the best option to remove trapped food that cannot be removed with the usual detergent.
That is why, before mistreating our pans, it is advisable to try some homemade tricks that will leave the pans in perfect condition in a short time.
To clean encrusted pans you need ½ cup of white vinegar, one cup of water and two tablespoons of baking soda.
Proceed by pouring water to boil.
Then turn off the heat under the pan and add the baking soda.
Once the fizzing effect starts, this will make the dirt come off easily.
Then scrub the pan with the sponge and remove the burnt food residue.
Finally, if any remains, simply rub with dry baking soda.
Baking soda and lemon
Baking soda has an astringent power that will help remove the grease and sticky food debris that affects the surface of baking pans every time we use them. But even combined with lemon, it easily removes burnt-on debris.
Two tablespoons of baking soda and half a lemon will be enough , but let’s see the steps to follow to clean a burnt pan with this remedy:
First, you must sprinkle baking soda on the baking pan.
Then, with half a lemon you will have to rub the entire surface until the pan gets its original shiny appearance.
If the stains do not disappear completely, simply heat a little vinegar and repeat the process.
Salt and potatoes
Unusual but true, we can treat a crusty pan by simply using a potato and coarse salt.
