Cookies with the Spoon Lemon Flavor
Ingredients :
4 eggs
100g of powdered sugar
100 g of flour
1 dash of organic lemon
Icing sugar to sprinkle
Preparation:
Prepare the dough:

Whip the egg yolks in sugar and add a zest of lemon.
Mount the whites in solid snow and gently incorporate them into the mix.
Sift the flour on top and mix gently.
Shaping and baking:

Using a sheath pocket, shape biscuits on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle icing sugar.
Bake at 180 for 12 minutes.
Finishing:
Sprinkle slightly with extra icing sugar for a gourmet twist.
