Get the egg whites seasoning: Get the egg whites foamy by beating them in a bowl. Toss in the paprika, salt, pepper, and any other ingredients you choose. Anything from a little rosemary to a store-bought fry mix might be one of them.
Set the Oven to 220°C (428°F) in order to get ready to bake. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or baking spray to keep the fries from sticking.
Lay Out the Fries: Place the potato spears on the prepared baking sheet. To avoid sticking and for perfect crispiness, set them far apart.
One more thing:
Lightly boiling the potato sticks before covering them with the egg white mixture and baking them as directed will make the interior more fluffier. Although it’s not required, this step may improve the fries’ texture.
