– Return the cooked beef to the skillet. Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly. Add the shredded provolone and mozzarella cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.

– Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
