One and a half cups almond flour
Half a cup of sour cream
two eggs
Dollop of baking powder
Half a teaspoon onion spice
A half-tsp of garlic spice
4 tablespoons melted butter
half a cup of cheese, grated
One-fourth teaspoon salt

1. Lightly oil a muffin tray with butter or nonstick spray and preheat the oven to 450°F.
2. Combine almond flour, onion, garlic, and baking powder seasonings in a mixing bowl. Stir them well.
