Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls
1 lb hot sausage, uncooked
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1¾ cups Bisquick baking mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Add the Bisquick baking mix and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
Serve warm and enjoy!
