Cover your baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some extra paper on the sides to make it easier to remove later.

Mix the small marshmallows, white chocolate chips, and melted butter in a bowl or pan.

Let the nougat sit overnight to harden. This patience will pay off with complete consistency.
After it has hardened, use the parchment paper edges to lift the nougat block out of the container. Cut it into bars, so you can easily share and enjoy it.
