Recipe Ingredients:
¾ cup (6.8 fl oz) of coconut milk – (200ml)
1 cup (3.5 oz) of shredded coconut – (100g)
1 small can (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
1 packet of pineapple-flavored Tang drink mix
Instructions:
Simply combine all the ingredients and distribute in serving glasses.
For best results, I suggest refrigerating the dessert for at least an hour before serving.
