Kielbasa and potato soup. It is a soup you will fall in love with. It is filled with sausage slices with slightly crispy edges, soft and tender potatoes, as well as celery, carrots and onions.
Ingredients :
1 pound Kielbasa sausage, sliced
2 Garlic cloves, freshly minced
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 small yellow onion, diced
½ cup celery, finely sliced
2 large carrots, peeled and diced
4 cups Chicken Stock
1 ½ pounds potatoes, diced
½ cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
2 cups milk
2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Parsley, chopped roughly
Salt and Pepper to taste
