Ingredients:
- Fresh garlic, chopped or crushed
- Fresh onion, finely chopped
- Fresh ginger root, grated
- Fresh horseradish, grated
- Fresh cayenne peppers (including seeds), sliced or chopped
Procedure and Use:
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until the mixture is smooth and devoid of lumps. Pour this mixture into a glass container that is sealed. Give the jar a moderate shake once a day and let the mixture sit for two weeks.
