Crispy Chilli Beef ️
1 lb beef steak, thinly sliced
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
1 tbsp honey (optional for extra sweetness)
Instructions:
Toss beef slices in cornstarch, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the beef until crispy and browned, then remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add garlic, ginger, and bell peppers. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Add honey for sweetness, if desired.
Return the crispy beef to the skillet, tossing it in the sauce until well-coated.
