3 tablespoons of softened butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
1 cup of grated coconut

Combine the ingredients, chill for 30 minutes or more, and then shape into balls. Put it back in the refrigerator and let it cool for at least one hour.
1 bag of chocolate chips.
Keep the heat low to keep the chocolate soft.
Put one ball at a time into the chocolate mixture. Use a fork to roll the balls so they get covered in chocolate. Place on a piece of parchment paper in the refrigerator. They can be frozen.
