Heat the oven before using.
Get the puff pastry ready.
On a surface with a little flour, open the puff pastry sheet. Use a rolling pin to gently flatten the dough to smooth out any wrinkles and make it a bit thinner.
Put the pastry on top.
If you want your biscuits to be thicker and have more layers, place two circles of puff pastry on top of each other and gently press down. This will make 4-5 biscuits with two layers each.
Put the toppings on.
Put a lot of grated cheddar cheese on each circle.
If you want, add some black pepper and garlic powder on top for more taste.

Cook in an oven.

Take the cookies out of the oven and allow them to cool a bit on the baking tray before serving.
Advice:
Extra Toppings: You can also include chopped green onions or a bit of herbs such as thyme or rosemary to give it more taste.
Prepare in advance: You can make these biscuits ahead of time and keep them in the refrigerator until you are ready to bake them.
