Banana Pudding Cups
Instructions:
- Prepare the pudding: In a mixing bowl, whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix with cold milk for about 2 minutes until it thickens. Let it sit for 5 minutes to set.
- Assemble the cups: Take small serving cups or glasses. Layer the bottom of each cup with a spoonful of crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers.
- Add the bananas: Place a layer of sliced bananas on top of the crumbs.
- Add the pudding: Spoon a layer of the prepared vanilla pudding over the bananas.
- Repeat the layers: Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, ending with a layer of pudding on top.
- Top it off: Finish by adding a dollop of whipped cream or whipped topping on each cup.
- Chill and serve: Refrigerate the pudding cups for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together. Before serving, you can garnish the cups with additional banana slices or a sprinkle of crushed cookies for a decorative touch.
