1. Beat the eggs with the sugar. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and add it to the egg mixture once cooled.
2. Add the melted butter and the sifted flour.
3. Butter the molds and add the cocoa so that the cake comes out more easily.
4. Bake at 180° for 11 minutes and serve dusted with icing sugar.
