Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook steak until browned. Remove steak. In the same skillet, cook shrimp, onion, bell pepper, and garlic until shrimp are pink and vegetables are tender. Return steak to the skillet, season with spices, and mix in cheeses until melted. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Hollow out the bread, fill with the steak and shrimp mixture. Place on a baking sheet.
