4 tablespoons (½ stick) unsalted butter
¼ cup (59.5g) heavy cream
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Spray the basket with nonstick cooking spray.
Pat the salmon filets dry with a paper towel. Cut each filet into 1-inch squares.
Place the salmon bites in an even layer in the air fryer basket (avoid overcrowding). Air fry for 4-5 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 140-145°F (60-63°C). Transfer cooked salmon to a bowl.
Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the heavy cream, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir until fully combined and heated through, about 4-5 minutes.
