Ingredients:
2 cups shell pasta
6 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
4 cups beef broth
1/2 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Generously grease a 9×13 baking dish and position it conveniently.
Cook the pasta to al dente perfection as per the package instructions. Drain and nestle the pasta in the prepared baking dish.
In a substantial skillet, gracefully melt butter over medium flame.
Integrate flour, allowing it to cook for 2 minutes before infusing the mixture with beef broth, water, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Allow it to simmer into a thickened state, which should take approximately 10 minutes. Introduce parsley and heavy cream, stirring harmoniously.
Allow it to bake for a cozy 30 minutes.
