Heat oven to preheating: The oven should be preheated to 350°F, or 175°C. Set aside a 9×13 inch baking pan and grease it.
The gooey layer is made by beating the cream cheese until it is smooth in a separate big bowl. After a few minutes of beating, add the beaten eggs. Mix in the powdered sugar gradually while beating.
Put it all together by spreading the melted topping over the crust you just made.
Cool: After the bars have cooled completely in the pan, they may be cut into squares.
