Watermelon: Its high potassium and water content promote healthy renal function and the removal of toxins.
Apple: Fiber promotes digestive health and helps to clean the intestines.
Lime: Its detoxifying qualities help to keep the liver clean for optimum performance.
Blend half a lime, one cored and sliced apple, and slices of watermelon.
Warm up the mixture for about 5-10 minutes by placing the pot on low heat. Warm the oil to a point where the rosemary may be infused into it; do not boil.
Get Rid of the Oil
Remove the rosemary leaves from the oil by pressing them through a cheesecloth or fine-mesh strainer when it has cooled. Once the oil has been infused, pour it into a clean, sealed container.
Apply a little bit of the olive oil flavored with rosemary on your scalp and massage it in. Apply it all the way down to the tips of your hair, making sure to cover your scalp completely.
Give it a Good Rinse
One advantage of combining rosemary with olive oil is that it promotes hair development by increasing blood flow to the scalp, which in turn stimulates hair follicles.
Olive oil conditions and nourishes the hair, leaving it silky smooth and lustrous while also strengthening it.
If used consistently, this treatment helps fortify hair, protecting it from damage and thinning.
Extra Advice
Consistent Use: This therapy works best when used 1-2 times weekly.
Before applying the oil to your whole scalp, conduct a patch test on a small area of skin to be sure it won’t irritate it. This is especially important if you have sensitive skin.
