4. Make the Filling: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
5. Assemble the Bread: Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium heat.
6. Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces. Roll out each piece into a thin circle.
7. Place 1/6 of the filling in the center of each circle.
8. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
