Ingredients:
Stretch out the chicken breasts (you can open them if you know how, but if not, ask the butcher to do it for you)
Season the breasts with salt and pepper and place them with the edges facing inwards.
Place a slice of ham and two of cheese on each breast and roll up. Season with salt and pepper and set aside on a plate.
Remove the skin, rinse well and cut the potatoes into half-centimeter slices. Cut the onion into rings, place everything in a heatproof dish and season with salt and pepper.
Place the rolled chicken breasts on the bed of potatoes and drizzle with wine and olive oil.
Place in the oven at 180º for about 40 minutes or until golden brown to taste.
