Place the wrapped cilantro in a resealable plastic bag or an airtight container. If using a plastic bag, be sure to remove as much air as possible before sealing it. If using a container, make sure it’s airtight to keep the moisture and air out.
Another effective method is to store cilantro in a jar with water. Trim the bottom of the cilantro stems and place them in a jar filled with a little water (like a bouquet of flowers). Cover the leaves loosely with a plastic bag and secure it with a rubber band. Store the jar in the fridge, changing the water every few days.
