Sift the flour into the bowl of the food processor, add the sugar and dry yeast. Start to mix everything by adding the milk little by little.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing them well with the rest of the batter.
Add the butter little by little, letting it be well absorbed.
Then cover the dough with a sheet of cling film and let it rise overnight in the refrigerator.
The next day, remove dough for donuts and buns from the refrigerator until doubled.
Bake them in the oven at 180° for 25 minutes.
