For the chocolate cigarettes:
1. Cut the puff pastry into strips.
2. Grease the handle of the fork with oil and wrap the strip all around.
3. Brush the beaten egg onto the pastry and sprinkle the brown sugar.
4. Cook in the oven at 190° for 15 minutes.
5. Remove the puff pastry from the fork and fill it with the hazelnut cream.
