Ginger Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger.
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic.
- 1/2 chopped onion.
- 1/4 cup soy sauce.
- 1/2 tsp white vinegar.
- 1/4 tsp sugar.
STEP 1:
I made the ginger sauce by mixing all the ingredients together well.
I added 3 tablespoons of water and chill in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
In a large skillet, I heat oil. I added onion, 1 large egg, and saute for 2 minutes. Then I added this mixture to cooked rice, butter, and soy sauce.
I seasoned with salt and pepper. Then I placed it into a serving plate.
