Instructions:
In a large skillet add 2 tbsp oil over medium-high heat and cook shrimp 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet and put aside. Add sausages and cook approximately 2 minutes on each side. Remove and put aside.
Add in bell peppers and onions, cooking until softened, approximately 5 minutes. Add in garlic and cook 1 minute, until fragrant.
Return shrimp and sausage to skillet and toss into rice. Enjoy!
