INSTRUCTIONS:
- Set your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with non-stick cooking spray.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the surface of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by your desired pizza toppings.
- Starting from one long side of the rectangle, tightly roll up the dough into a log, like a jelly roll. Using a sharp knife, slice the rolled dough into 1-inch wide sticks.
- Arrange the pizza sticks on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush the mixture over the tops of the pizza sticks.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
- Remove the pizza sticks from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the tops.Serve the Homemade Pizza Sticks warm, with marinara sauce for dipping on the side.
