Regal Pork Chop Recipe:
6 boneless pork chops (adjust cook time if using bone-in chops)
4 peeled and sliced potatoes
1 packet French onion soup mix
1 can cream of onion soup
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
Combine cream of onion soup, French onion soup mix, and milk.
Arrange potato slices at the bottom of the dish, topped with the seared chops.
Bake for 60 minutes (adjust for bone-in chops). Ensure the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Let the dish rest for a few minutes, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve.
